On the day of your
move, your crew leader and crew (feel free to meet us prior to your move by
clicking on the link at the bottom) will arrive at the scheduled time. Our
office staff will be in touch with you prior to your move day to confirm the
following:
• Time of pick up
• Reconfirm payment is cash or certified check only
• Reconfirm the amount due
• Verify if you hav made any changes since the time of your estimate
• Answer any last minute questions you may have
• Assure you of a great move to come!
A few tips:
• To keep costs down, dispose of unnecessary or hard to move items.
Reconsider moving appliances ad motor vehicles. If you've been wanting a new
fridge, now might be the time to clear out the old! (if your estimate has
been done please make the staff aware of any inventory changes)
• If you have pets please have them secured prior to our crew arriving
at your home.
• It is a good idea to have a cell phone at hand in the event your phone
service is cut off
• All valuables should be accounted for prior to our arrival, i.e. closing
papers, jewelry, cash, car keys
• All items we are not moving should be appropriately tagged or already
loaded in your vehicle
• All lawn maintenance tools should be empty of fuel and oil
• Remember movers do not move live plants
